NO PARKING, Reflections on the Metropolis
The City is a melting pot and a potpourri of Class, Culture and Identities! The seemingly random juxtaposition of varied functional and visual elements poses a challenge and defies a singular definition. As artists and dwellers of The City, we have attempted to distill, in our own individual sensibilities, some of the essential personality traits of the Urban Character.
NO PARKING is an artistic interpretation of what The City encompasses in its myriad hues, smells and sights, urban chaos, congestion, struggle for space, losses and gains, development, under construction mode and all such elements which constitute the city.An exploratory experiment through the mediums of paintings, photography and installations.
